New Business and Technology Park

Dorchester County Business & Technology Park

Dorchester Regional Technology Park’s water sewer and fiber infrastructure improvements are complete, and building lots are currently available for sale. The County has plans to construct a “Business Incubator” in the park, which will serve as the anchor building. Prospective tenants interested in expanding or relocating their operation to the Mid-Atlantic should contact the County Economic Development Office.

There are several industrial buildings available throughout Dorchester County, but centered primarily in Cambridge and Hurlock.

The buildings shown above are a small representation. Industrial acreage and independently owned sites ranging in size from 2 acres to 75 acres and zoned for business and/or industrial uses range in price from $20,000 to $100,000 per acre, depending on location and infrastructure.
