Online Sales Relief Grant:
Printable applicant forms will be available on the Economic Development Website or in paper form at the Dorchester County Council’s Office, County Office Building, 501 Court Lane, Room 108, Cambridge, Maryland 21613. Applicant forms must be dropped off in person at the County Council Office, Room 108 during the hours of 8:30AM.-4:00PM. NO EMAIL APPLICANT FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. FORM APPLICATION DEADLINE: June 2, 2021.
Five $525 Grants to be Awarded on a First come First Served Basis
Eligibility:
Must be in Good Standing with the State of Maryland Dorchester County
Have a physical address in Dorchester County
Currently in operation
Not have more than 20 total employees excluding the owner
Applicants that have not received COVID funding will be prioritized over applicants that have.
Administer Online Sales and/or a Telework program
Qualifying Expenditures:
Anything related to online sales and or telework program starting after March 2020.
Final Report:
A final report is due July 1, 2021. Please include a narrative explaining the use of funds with a list of expenditures along with any other supporting documents. Additional documentation may be required.
