Online Sales Relief Grant:
Printable application forms will be available on the Economic Development Website or in paper form at the Dorchester County Council’s Office, County Office Building, 501 Court Lane, Room 108, Cambridge, Maryland 21613. Applicant forms must be dropped off in person at the County Council Office, Room 108 during the hours of 8:30AM.-4:00PM. NO EMAIL APPLICANT FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. FORM APPLICATION DEADLINE: October 28,2021.
Eligibility:
Have been established prior to March 9, 2020
Must be in Good Standing with the State of Maryland Dorchester County
Have a physical address in Dorchester County
Currently in operation
Priority will be given to businesses with no more than 20 total employees excluding the owner
Applicants that have not received COVID funding will be prioritized over applicants that have.
Administer Online Sales and/or a Telework program
Qualifying Expenditures:
Anything related to the establishment or expansion of online sales programs and or telework opportunities starting after March 2020.
Final Report:
A final report is due November 29, 2021. Please include a narrative explaining the use of funds with a list of expenditures along with any other supporting documents. Additional documentation may be required.
