Along with the prestige of longevity, the Eagleman and Ironman races consistently rank in the top percentage for satisfaction and net promoter surveys among the athletes. Eagleman had the highest net promoter score in all of the North American 70.3 races and was ranked in the top 10 for the world-wide. The Promoter score measures how likely the athlete would return and if they would recommend the race to friends. Eagleman also scored second highest in North America for Athlete satisfaction.
Ironman Race Director, Angie Hengst said , “these results are the combination of our amazing city and county agencies, businesses and community coming together to support the event. There are many races our athletes can choose from, they come here because they feel welcomed, they feel safe while on the course, and every interaction they have while here is a positive one. I want to thank all of our local agencies, business owners and residents for the part they play in making our events such a huge success”.
