Randolph Potter, owner of Revive Sound Productions LLC and founder of the Think Big Plan Better Network, held a 2-day business symposium hosted by the Eastern Shore Innovation Center (ESIC) on November 12-13 with over 40 small business owners, entrepreneurs, and business professionals in attendance.
The objective of the training event was to provide information and strategies essential in managing multiple businesses. The symposium featured keynote speaker Gerod Sturgis, Founder of Legacy Barber College as well as other renowned presenters: Nicole Nixon, founder of Listing Central LLC; Dr. Tamika Hall, founder and CEO, She’s Ready; and Danielle Johnson, owner of The Platinum Gallery.
Topics covered included an introduction to strategic planning and financial forecasting, branding multiple businesses, organizing your businesses, strategic planning for implementing goals, and leveraging philanthropy to grow your businesses. The conference incorporated multiple instructor-led training, team building activities, networking breakout sessions, and an exclusive multi operation business tour of the Chesapeake Grove Intergeneration Center officially known as The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Intergenerational Center—led by Mary Handley, Non Profit Program Manager, Delmarva Community Services.
