Avenues Recovery Center will open their newly renovated space on Fieldcrest Drive in Mid-October. Avenues Recovery Center is a nationally renowned and fully accredited substance abuse treatment facility with a network of treatment locations across the country.
The new facility in Cambridge will serve as an extension to their existing Prince Frederick campus and will expand their reach and presence in Maryland. It will also address current space constraints and provide a place for all who wish to take advantage of Avenues’ peerless care.
Josh Goldstein, Executive Director said, “we have identified Cambridge as an ideal community for Avenues’ next location. It is a vibrant city and in the midst of strengthening its healthcare infrastructure.”
Avenues will provide Substance Abuse Rehab Treatment and Withdrawal Management. They will offer all levels of care, including Detox, Residential, PHP, IOP. and OP programming. They expect to add between 80-100 jobs. Career and job opportunities include: Licensed professional counselors, social workers, case managers, admission coordinators, CNA’s, nurses, nurse practitioners, behavior health techs, custodial and maintenance etc.
