Midshore Recyclers, Inc. is a family-owned and -operated business dedicated to the community. The business has earned a wonderful reputation among the locals by supporting churches, schools, volunteer fire companies, and sport leagues. Most recently, Midshore Recyclers donated a car to the Hurlock Volunteer Fire Company to assist in a rescue training exercise.
Midshore Recyclers will recycle any amount of scrap metal, large or small, and give cash in return on the same day. A large part of the business involves automotive dismantling. When an automobile enters their facility, it is dismantled and prepared for the next step known as “crushing”. Automobiles that have been dismantled, including draining of all fluids, are placed on a logger and baled into smaller cubes. Once this process is complete, the bales are loaded on their trucks and hauled to Baltimore for shredding and export. Heavier metals, such as structural steel, are cut down to required size by their state-of-the-art shearer. Midshore Recyclers, Inc. is fully involved in all areas of scrap metal recycling and is there to help you with your needs.
Established in 2007 and employing twenty full-time personnel, Midshore Recyclers along with her parent company Schultz and Sons Salvage have a combined experience of over 50 years in the scrap recycling industry. The business is open six days a week for customer convenience. To learn more about Midshore Recycling, follow them on Facebook or visit www.midshorerecyclers.com.
