National Regulatory Fairness Hearing

Join SBA’s National Ombudsman Office for a public hearing on August 19, 2019 in Washington, DC. Participants will have an opportunity to share concerns regarding unfair or excessive federal regulatory enforcement actions taken against small businesses and/or others in the small business community.

Organizations or small business owners wishing to be allotted time to testify must submit written testimony in advance to ombudsman@sba.gov no later than Monday, August 5, 2019.
