The Eastern Shore Innovation Center is the Dorchester Regional Technology Park’s flagship business incubator/accelerator and home to the county’s economic development team.
Startup Support
We offer a fully supportive environment to accelerate business growth and help entrepreneurs develop the next generation of technologies. Startups can join the Innovation Center as a coworking space member or with dedicated space in our state-of-the-art facility where they can access a wide range of business resources and are partnered with an experienced business mentor, certified by SCORE, a Small Business Administration organization.

Co-Working Offices

Sun Analytical Lab
The newest feature of the Innovation Center is the 1,200-square foot commercial wet laboratory operated by SunX Analytical. The first facility of its kind on the Delmarva Peninsula, it is now available for lease or co-op use by businesses and researchers requiring speciality facilities for agricuetical, chemical analysis, or biotech Contact Dr. Barry Pritchard (bpritchard@sunxanalytical.com) to learn more or schedule time.. (Businesses and researchers looking to access the lab must first become a co-working member at the Innovation Center).
Meetings & Events
Dorchester County government agencies may host meetings and workshops at the Innovation Center during regular business hours pending space availability. The state-of-the-art conference room accommodates up to 80 people theater style and 42 classroom style. Featuring CISCO WebEx video teleconferencing, white walls for ideation and free wifi, the rooms may also be rented by private sector companies.
